Terms of Service
Last updated July 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of Fostra (“the Service”), a platform for interior design studios to manage projects, specifications, procurement, and client collaboration.
Using the Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. Designers are responsible for the accuracy of the specifications, prices, and invoices they create, and for the conduct of the clients they invite.
Accounts and access
Designers sign in with an email magic link. Clients access a project through a private, revocable link and do not create accounts. Keep these links confidential; anyone with a link can view the project it grants access to.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload — images, notes, specifications, and documents. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.
Third-party integrations
When you connect a third-party account (such as Pinterest), you authorize us to access it on your behalf within the scopes you grant. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, no attempts to breach security or access data you are not authorized to view, and no automated scraping beyond what the Service provides.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions? Contact your studio administrator or the operator of this Fostra instance.
This is a starting template, not legal advice. Have counsel review it before you rely on it in production.
